About the Position
We are seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead our Fostering Team in Redbridge. The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of professionals who work directly with foster carers and their families, ensuring that the highest standards of care and support are provided to vulnerable children and young people.
Main Responsibilities- Lead and manage a team of professionals, providing guidance, coaching, and mentoring as needed.
- Develop and implement strategies to improve the quality of care and support provided to foster carers and their families.
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop and implement policies and procedures that promote the welfare and well-being of children and young people.
- Ensure effective communication and collaboration between teams, including social work, education, and healthcare.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of programs and services, making recommendations for improvement.
- Social Work degree or equivalent qualification.
- Registration with Social Work England.
