Lead Practitioner in Children's Services

Sanctuary Personnel Ltd is seeking an experienced Senior Practitioner to join our team in a full-time remote position. As a Senior Practitioner, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality of our foster care services and the well-being of children and young people in our care.
Key ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
- Recruiting and assessing foster carers to ensure they meet our rigorous standards and can provide a safe and supportive environment for children.
- Monitoring and evaluating the performance of foster carers, identifying areas for improvement and implementing strategies to address these.
- Collaborating with local authorities and other stakeholders to meet the needs of children and young people, including developing and implementing individual care plans.
In addition to your core responsibilities, you will also contribute to foster carer reviews, provide written evidence of competence, and present review reports to the Fostering Panel.
