Join us in our mission to create resilient, trauma-informed communities across Manchester. As a Development Officer - Trauma-Informed Communities, you will play a crucial role in developing and implementing our community hub programme.

Working closely with partners, you will support the development of trauma-responsive community hubs in every neighbourhood. These hubs will promote social connectedness, provide safe spaces, and engage local communities in positive activities that foster well-being.

This exciting part-time opportunity (29.6 hours per week) offers flexible working arrangements, including evening and weekend shifts. With a competitive salary of £28,000 - £30,000 per annum, you will contribute to our mission while enjoying a range of benefits, including 26 days annual leave, company maternity pay, and access to a Group Personal Pension.
