Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Business Planning Administrator to join our team at TS Tech Americas, Inc. in New Castle, IN.

Salary: $55,000 - $70,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Prepare the company business plan and manage urgent company matters.
  • Assist department managers in planning the department business plan.
  • Organize business plan review meetings and report to group management.
  • Communicate with associates regarding the company business plan.
  • Translate Japanese to English and vice versa for other urgent matters.
  • SUPPORT DEVELOPMENT OF 5S, TPM, AND KAIZEN PROGRAMS.
  • Ensure safe operations and establish a monthly plan.
  • Control daily items align with the company business plan and key objectives/metrics.
  • Administer performance reviews and attend Management Review/ISO meetings.
  • Establish and control an annual budget.
