Key responsibilities include:

• Managing and developing the school's teaching staff

• Overseeing curriculum development and implementation

• Collaborating with other education professionals to achieve departmental goals

• Ensuring the highest standards of education are maintained

The salary for this role is estimated to be around £60,000 per annum, in line with the Scottish Negotiating Committee for Teacher (SNCT) pay scales. Benefits include:
