Senior Paid Search Director

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Account Director to join our team at GroupM Nexus. As a key member of our Channels and Solutions team, you will play a crucial role in driving the growth of our Paid Search offering and delivering exceptional results for our clients.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute Paid Search strategies that drive business growth and revenue for our clients
- Lead a team of Paid Search specialists and provide guidance and support to ensure delivery of high-quality campaigns
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate Paid Search with other digital channels and drive business outcomes
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in Paid Search and apply this knowledge to drive innovation and improvement in our campaigns
- Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and internal stakeholders to ensure seamless communication and delivery of results
- Proven experience in managing large Paid Search accounts and teams
- Expert knowledge of Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and drive business decisions
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and projects simultaneously
We offer a competitive salary package, 25 days holiday increasing with service to a maximum of 30 days, and the option to buy an extra 5 days per year. We also have an enhanced pension scheme, Bupa healthcare, a monthly wellbeing fund, and early finishes on a Friday during summer. Our office is based ten minutes from London Bridge tube station, with a rooftop offering 360 views of London.
