Senior Paid Search Account Director

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Paid Search Account Director to join our team at Publicis Media. As a key member of our digital marketing team, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing the performance of our clients' paid search campaigns across multiple platforms.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and execute high-impact paid search strategies that drive substantial results and optimize ROI.
- Lead and direct the planning, implementation, and optimization of paid search campaigns across Google Ads, Bing Ads, and PMAX.
- Analyze campaign performance data to provide strategic insights and recommendations to clients and internal teams.
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure cohesive and integrated marketing efforts.
- Manage client relationships, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and effective communication.
- Monitor and control budgets to ensure efficient allocation of spend and maximum campaign performance.
- Proven experience in paid search marketing, with a strong understanding of search engine algorithms and best practices.
- Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and provide actionable insights.
- Strong communication and project management skills, with the ability to lead and collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Strong understanding of digital marketing principles and practices, including SEO, social media, and email marketing.
