Paid Search Director

We are seeking an experienced Paid Search Director to lead our paid search efforts and drive business growth for our clients. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for developing and executing paid search strategies that deliver strong ROI and drive business results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and Execute Paid Search Strategies: Develop and execute paid search strategies that align with our clients' business objectives and drive strong ROI.
- Lead a High-Performing Team: Lead a team of paid search specialists to ensure they have the skills and knowledge needed to deliver high-quality results.
- Manage Large Account Budgets: Manage large account budgets and drive growth for our clients through effective paid search campaigns.
- Stay Up-to-Date with Industry Trends: Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and best practices in paid search to ensure our clients receive the best possible results.
- Collaborate with Cross-Functional Teams: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including creative, media, and analytics, to ensure seamless execution of paid search campaigns.
- 5-6 Years' Experience: 5-6 years' experience setting up, analyzing, and optimizing paid search campaigns to meet objectives.
- Google Ads and Microsoft Advertising: Experience using Google Ads, Microsoft Advertising, and SA360 or other equivalent management software.
- Google Analytics and Adobe Analytics: Experience using Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or other equivalent reporting and analysis software.
- Strong Numeracy and Excel Skills: Strong proficiency in numeracy and Microsoft Excel/Google Sheets.
- Excellent Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills and ability to build solid working relationships.
- Self-Motivation and Initiative: Self-motivation and ability to work under own initiative.
- Experience with Automation: Experience using automation to improve paid search performance at scale.
- Team Management Experience: Experience managing, growing, and developing a team of specialists.
- Experience with Other Paid Media Channels: Experience managing other paid media channels, such as social, programmatic, affiliate, and other.
- Familiarity with Organic Search and SEO: Familiarity with organic search, SEO, email, and other digital marketing.
- Understanding of Code: Understanding of deploying and manipulating code, such as HTML and JavaScript.
- Interest in AI: A keen interest in AI and an understanding of its role in paid search.
