Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our land and property team, you will be responsible for originating greenfield development projects, securing exclusivity and land rights for new wind, solar, and energy storage sites.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate greenfield development projects and secure exclusivity and land rights for new wind, solar, and energy storage sites
  • Negotiate viable and cost-effective land deals to extend the life of existing portfolio projects
  • Build strong relationships with landowners and tenant farmers to ensure project progress and agreement terms
  • Provide expertise on land and property law in relation to renewable projects
  • Advise the wider business on land agreements, 3rd party access, crossing, and other interface agreements on existing renewable energy sites
  • Support the Asset Compliance team in the management of Nadara's owned assets
Requirements
  • High level of commercial awareness
  • Onshore wind / solar development experience
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools
