Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our land and property team, you will be responsible for originating greenfield development projects, securing land rights, and negotiating viable land deals. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the success of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate greenfield development projects and secure exclusivity and land rights for new wind, solar, and energy storage sites.
  • Negotiate viable and cost-effective land deals to support the growth of our existing portfolio projects.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners and tenant farmers to ensure all stakeholders are informed and engaged.
  • Provide expertise on land and property law in relation to renewable projects.
  • Offer commercial advice on land agreements and viability of renewable projects.
  • Support the wider business with response to queries associated with growth team project progression.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A high level of commercial awareness.
  • Experience in onshore wind and solar development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
