About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Surveyor to join our team, with a focus on the renewable energy and infrastructure sectors. As a Surveyor, you will be responsible for providing expert advice on the valuation, acquisition, and disposal of land and rights across a range of property types.

Key Responsibilities
  1. Client-facing professional advice on valuation, acquisition, and disposal of land and rights.
  2. Assessment of injurious affection claims for electricity clients.
  3. Provide guidance and supervision to Graduate surveyors in the team.
  4. Take an active role in the development and implementation of efficient, 'best practice' internal systems and processes.
  5. Implementation of policy as required and ensuring legal compliance on all work carried out.
  6. Negotiation of disturbance claims following works.
Key Qualifications and Experience
  1. MRICS accreditation or experience within the utility, energy, or infrastructure sectors.
  2. Good time management and strong communication skills, including report writing.
  3. Previous experience of driving projects forward and establishing new and develop existing relationships.
  4. A full UK driving licence is essential.
