Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our land acquisition team, you will be responsible for originating greenfield development projects, securing land rights, and negotiating viable land deals. Your expertise will be essential in ensuring the success of our renewable energy projects.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate greenfield development projects and secure exclusivity and land rights for new wind, solar, and energy storage sites.
  • Negotiate viable and cost-effective land deals to support the growth of our existing portfolio projects.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners and tenant farmers to ensure all stakeholders are informed and aligned with project progress.
  • Provide expertise on land and property law in relation to renewable projects.
  • Offer commercial advice on land agreements and the viability of renewable projects.
  • Support the wider business with responses to queries associated with growth team project progression.
Requirements
  • High level of commercial awareness and experience in onshore wind and solar development.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
  • Ability to travel occasionally to our offices in London.
