Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Compensation Senior Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our land and property team, you will be responsible for originating greenfield development projects, securing land rights, and negotiating viable land deals.

Key Responsibilities
  • Originate greenfield development projects and secure exclusivity and land rights for new wind, solar, and energy storage sites.
  • Negotiate cost-effective land deals to extend the life of existing portfolio projects.
  • Build strong relationships with landowners and tenant farmers to ensure project progress and agreement terms.
  • Provide expertise on land and property law in relation to renewable projects.
  • Advise the wider business on land agreements, 3rd party access, and interface agreements.
Requirements
  • High level of commercial awareness and onshore wind/solar development experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize multiple tasks.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and project management tools.
