Step Teachers is seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team in a 'Good' Primary School in Kings Lynn. As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting the learning journey of students in Year 5.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.
  • Provide one-on-one support to students, promoting their academic and personal growth.
  • Contribute to classroom management, ensuring a smooth and efficient learning process.
  • Assess student progress and provide constructive feedback to teachers.

Requirements:

  • Good knowledge of Year 5 curriculum and educational practices.
  • Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting.
  • Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with students, teachers, and parents.
  • Passion for education and a commitment to supporting the learning journey of students.
