Job Title: Teaching Assistant
Job Description:
We are seeking a dedicated and passionate Teaching Assistant to join our team at a 'Good' Primary School in Kings Lynn. The successful candidate will be responsible for assisting classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities, providing one-on-one support to students, and fostering their academic and personal growth.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist classroom teachers in delivering engaging lessons and activities.
- Provide one-on-one support to students, fostering their academic and personal growth.
- Assist with classroom management and ensure a safe learning environment.
- Assess student progress and provide feedback to teachers.
Requirements:
- Good knowledge of Year 5.
- Minimum of 6 months experience as a Teaching Assistant in a UK-based educational setting is essential.
- Level 3 Teaching Assistant Qualification is desirable.
- Verifiable references from previous employers or placements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Passion for education and supporting the learning journey of students.
