About the Role

The RWE Engineering Professional program offers a unique blend of training and competency development, covering technical, practical, and business skills necessary for today and tomorrow's engineers.

Spread over eighteen months, your development will include specialist technical and practical skills, behavioral, and health & safety training courses, with competency-developing placements; supported by our engineering experts and training specialists.

Our structured combination of academic learning, technical training, and practical skills development, supported by experienced engineers, technicians, and training specialists, ensures a comprehensive education in engineering.

During this program, you will gain a wealth of knowledge and skills, including team working, problem-solving, and communication, which will help you become a well-rounded engineer.

Upon successful completion of the program, we look forward to your application for an engineering role within RWE.
