An exciting opportunity awaits for a Support Worker specializing in working with autistic pupils at Harry Watts Academy As a highly motivated and compassionate individual, you will form part of our dedicated team, shaping the lives of our students and contributing to their all-around success.

Your core responsibilities would encompass:

  • Assisting teaching staff in creating personalized learning experiences for pupils.
  • Providing individualized support to ensure students stay focused and engaged throughout lessons.
  • Maintaining accurate records of pupil progress and suggesting areas where they need extra help.

We're offering a salary range of £23,000 - £31,000 (dependent on your level of experience). This role also provides access to various benefits, including employee assistance programs and pension schemes, further enhancing your job satisfaction.
