About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Support Worker to join our team at North East Autism Society. In this rewarding role, you will work alongside autistic and/or neurodivergent individuals in one of our adult residential homes.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in creating a safe and supportive environment that enables our service users to lead fulfilling lives. You will be responsible for supporting individuals with daily tasks, such as getting ready in the morning, preparing meals, and accessing appointments.

Your excellent communication skills and ability to build positive relationships will be essential in ensuring the well-being and happiness of our service users. You will work collaboratively with colleagues to develop individualized care plans and provide support tailored to each person's needs.

We offer a competitive salary of £19,661.15, rising to £20,241.18 with increments, along with a range of benefits, including free meals, over 7 weeks' holiday a year, and instant access to up to 40% of your salary as you earn it.
