About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and dedicated Specialist Teaching Support Professional to join our team in one of our specialist schools. As a key member of our staff, you will play a vital role in supporting autistic and neurodivergent children and young people to access highly personalised programmes of study.

Responsibilities
  • Work independently and as part of a team to support students' learning and development.
  • Use your initiative to adapt to changing situations and priorities.
  • Build positive relationships with staff and pupils through effective communication and teamwork.
