School Setting Job Description
Teaching Personnel is seeking a highly motivated and enthusiastic teaching assistant to join our team in a Primary School in the Sunderland area. As a teaching assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting a SEND pupil's learning and development, working closely with the Class Teacher to create engaging lessons and activities.

About the Role
This full-time role involves supporting a SEND pupil within the classroom, promoting their learning and development through fun and interactive activities. You will be responsible for taking initiative, holding accountability for the child's progression, and working collaboratively with the Class Teacher.

What We Offer
We offer a competitive salary of £20,000 - £22,000 per annum, depending on experience. In addition, we provide ongoing training and support to ensure our staff have the skills and knowledge needed to excel in their roles. The school has a supportive staff and SLT, creating a collaborative and inclusive environment for all staff members.
