About the Role

We are seeking an exceptional SEN Teaching Assistant to join our team at an outstanding SEN school. As part of a supportive federation, the school is dedicated to providing individualised support to help each student develop self-esteem, achieve personal targets, and cultivate a love for learning.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist in implementing individual education plans for students with SEND, ensuring tailored support to meet their unique needs.
  • Provide targeted support and interventions to students with additional needs, promoting inclusive learning environments.
  • Collaborate with the class teacher to plan and deliver lessons, adapting materials and resources as needed to engage students.
  • Manage behaviour in line with the school's policies and procedures, maintaining a safe and respectful learning environment.

Requirements
