Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Support Worker to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality support to children with SEND in a dynamic and inclusive environment.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Providing individualised support to children with SEND
  • Working collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to implement individual education plans
  • Contributing to the development and implementation of strategies to improve outcomes for children with SEND

Requirements:

  • A passion for supporting children with SEND
  • An ability to communicate effectively with children, parents, and colleagues
  • A commitment to maintaining confidentiality and adhering to data protection protocols

Contract details:

  • Full-time and part-time options available
  • Temporary position with option to become permanent later
  • 7% statutory holiday pay

Estimated salary: £28,000 - £38,000 per annum, depending on experience.
