Childcare Support Worker

At Together for Children Sunderland, we're seeking a highly motivated Childcare Support Worker to join our team. As a key member of our residential childcare team, you'll play a vital role in providing support and care to young people in our care.
The successful candidate will have experience working with children and young people, preferably in a residential setting. You'll be responsible for creating a safe and nurturing environment, promoting the physical, emotional, and educational development of our residents.
We offer an attractive salary of £31,130 per annum (pro rata) plus sleep ins at £40.76 per night. Our comprehensive benefits package includes agile working arrangements, membership of the Local Government Pension Scheme, and a flexi-time scheme.
