Role Overview

As a Residential Childcare Practitioner at SGS Care Ltd, you will play a vital role in providing residential care and support to young people aged 7-17 with SEBD. Key Responsibilities
  1. Provide holistic care and support to residents, addressing their physical, emotional, and psychological needs
  2. Develop, implement, and evaluate personalized care plans in consultation with multidisciplinary teams
  3. Maintain comprehensive records and reports on resident progress and experiences

Requirements

To succeed in this fulfilling role, you will possess relevant qualifications (Level 3 NVQ in Residential Childcare or equivalent) and prior experience working with children who require specialized care and support.
