About the Role:
This position involves managing the care and support of children with EBD in a residential setting. We require an individual with a Level 5 NVQ in childcare or equivalent, and 3 years' experience in residential childcare.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver high standards of physical, social, and emotional care, exceeding Ofsted guidance and standards
- Lead a team of staff in providing person-centred support and care
- Develop and maintain relationships with local community groups and organizations
- Collaborate with other teams to ensure seamless care delivery
Salary and Benefits:
- £38,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience
