Salary
The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Job Description
We're seeking a highly skilled Reward Manager to join our People team. As a key member of the team, you'll be responsible for developing, managing, and delivering our reward proposition and related activities. You'll work closely with our Exec and Board teams to ensure alignment with our People Strategy.

Key Responsibilities
- Be a Subject Matter Expert on reward regulation matters and ensure all related policies and standards are compliant.
- Ensure practices are in place and up-to-date to deliver remuneration requirements of the UK Corporate Governance Codes and other relevant codes of practice.
- Support regulatory reporting activities relating to remuneration and assist the Remuneration Committee with agenda preparation, reports, and work plans.
- Develop and implement fair reward propositions, including variable remuneration schemes.
- Manage the annual pay, bonus, and benefits review process, engaging with stakeholders and optimizing processes.

Requirements
- Significant experience in reward and remuneration, preferably in a financial services environment.
- Understanding of pensions, particularly DB and DC schemes.
- Experience with Remuneration Committees and executive remuneration, ideally within a PRA level 2 or above regulatory framework.
- Excellent knowledge of statutory requirements and legislation across all areas of reward.
- Familiarity with reward benchmarking tools, such as Towers Watson Global Grading System.
- Strong communication skills, numerical acumen, and analytical abilities.
