The Mermaid London is looking for a skilled Venue Revenue Growth Specialist to lead our sales efforts and drive business growth. As a key player in our sales team, you will focus on selling our venue as an event space, converting enquiries into leads, and maximising opportunities for future business.

You will work closely with our sales manager and team to implement sales strategies, manage client relationships, and achieve individual targets. Responsibilities include:

  • Upselling events to increase revenue
  • Managing client information through our Rendezvous System
  • Preparing final event details for handover to the operational team

Salary: up to £33,000.00 (DOE)

Benefits include 33 days holiday, well-being days, bonus scheme, flexible working hours, private medical cover, subsidised lunch, and company pension scheme.

Industry knowledge, proactive sales mindset, and excellent communication skills are essential for this role.
