Venue Revenue Generation Specialist

WSH Group is excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an Event Sales Executive to join our team. This role presents a chance to drive revenue growth, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our venue.
Job Description:
- Manage and convert sales enquiries into booking opportunities.
- Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
- Support the development of social media marketing strategies to promote our venue.
- Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for events.
- Create engaging menu packs and promotional materials.
- Attend industry events to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
- Foster collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional events.
- Coordinate equipment hire and supplier management.
- Develop and implement event briefing calls.
- Promote event information internally and ensure all relevant details are captured.
Skills and Qualifications:
- Proven experience in event planning or a related field.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
- Knowledge of the London venues market.
- Beneficial but not essential: previous event operational experience, social media expertise, and passion for the events industry.
