About the Opportunity

WSH Group is excited to offer an exciting opportunity for an Event Sales Executive to join our team. This role presents a chance to drive revenue growth, build relationships, and contribute to the success of our venue.

Job Description:

  • Manage and convert sales enquiries into booking opportunities.
  • Maintain strong customer relationships through effective communication and service delivery.
  • Support the development of social media marketing strategies to promote our venue.
  • Ensure accurate and timely invoicing for events.
  • Create engaging menu packs and promotional materials.
  • Attend industry events to stay informed about market trends and best practices.
  • Foster collaboration with internal teams to deliver exceptional events.
  • Coordinate equipment hire and supplier management.
  • Develop and implement event briefing calls.
  • Promote event information internally and ensure all relevant details are captured.

Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven experience in event planning or a related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong attention to detail and organisational skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
  • Knowledge of the London venues market.
  • Beneficial but not essential: previous event operational experience, social media expertise, and passion for the events industry.
