Key Responsibilities:

As a Support Practitioner, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality care and support to our service users. This will involve:

• Providing social support to ensure individuals have a valued role in their community

• Administering medication to keep people safe with their prescribed medication

• Assisting with personal care to maintain wellbeing, including assistance with bathing, dressing, incontinence care, peg feeding, stoma care, and arranging visits with the dentist/doctor

• Offering practical support to help individuals maintain their tenancy by encouraging and assisting with daily household tasks such as general housework, laundry, ironing, cooking, and shopping

• Time and a half payment for any time worked over 37.5 hours per week

• Reimbursement of the fee for all new workers applying for SSSC registration

• Anti-social hours enhancement payment of up to £1209 when undertaking waking night shifts (from 11pm to 7am)

• Additional mileage contributions of 45p per mile
