As a Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to our residents, helping them to maintain their independence and wellbeing. Our mentorship programme and ongoing learning and development opportunities will support you in your career, whether you choose to progress to a Senior Care Assistant or Senior Care Practitioner role. To be successful in this role, you will need to be registered with the SSSC and have an SVQ level 2 or above/equivalent in Health and Social Care. We offer a competitive hourly rate of £10 per hour, plus overtime rates, as well as a range of benefits including generous annual leave entitlement, free uniform, and investment in your ongoing professional development.
About the RoleAs a Care Assistant, your key responsibilities will include:
- Providing high-quality care and support to residents in accordance with their individual care plans.
- Assisting in creating a positive and welcoming environment that promotes wellbeing.
- Collaborating with care staff to deliver excellent care and support.
- Carrying out personal care duties and assisting with daily living activities.
