Personal Support Assistant Leader

Carr Gomm is seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Personal Support Assistant Leader to lead our team of support practitioners. With an estimated salary range of £42,000 - £50,000 per year, this role offers a leadership opportunity with a clear career path.
About the RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of support practitioners, providing guidance and support to ensure that service users receive high-quality care. This involves developing and implementing policies and procedures, conducting performance reviews, and ensuring that staff are equipped to meet the needs of service users.
Key Responsibilities:

Requirements:
- Experience working in social care, preferably in a leadership or supervisory role
- Strong leadership and management skills
