Job Description:

We're looking for a skilled Benefits Team Lead to join our PayTech team at Edenred. As a key member of our Market Success organization, you'll be responsible for leading a team of project managers in the delivery of benefits-related projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of project managers in delivering benefits-related projects
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand project requirements and develop project plans
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources to ensure successful project delivery
  • Maintain effective relationships with project team members, stakeholders, and clients
  • Identify and mitigate project risks, and develop contingency plans as needed


Requirements:
  • Proven experience in project management, preferably with a focus on benefits delivery
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and guide a team
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with the ability to identify and mitigate project risks
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing project requirements
  • Strong understanding of project management methodologies, tools, and techniques
