The Interdisciplinary Ed Tech Lab at Imperial College London is seeking a Project Delivery Manager to cover a period of maternity leave in a full-time, fixed term post of 1 year.

The Project Delivery Manager will oversee and be responsible for the delivery of a range of digital education projects on which the Interdisciplinary Ed Tech Lab are partnering.

This role supports the strategic aims of Imperial College London, the Institute of Extended Learning (IEL), and the Interdisciplinary Ed Tech Lab, ensuring the delivery of digital education that is innovative and critical to the student and learner experience.

The successful candidate will have the opportunity to:

  • Work closely with the Head of IETL, Learning Design Lead, and Learning Technology and Software Lead to effectively plan resources, prioritise and manage projects and workflows for the team, and track project performance.
  • Engage with project management and a range of stakeholders.
  • Support the establishment of operations and succession planning for the newly formed team.
  • Engage with IETL's learning design approach and co-creation lifecycle to enable on-time and in-scope delivery of digital courses, modules, and programmes.
  • Educated to degree level (or equivalent).
  • Experience of concurrently managing multiple and complex projects.
  • Experience of working in an educational setting.
  • Able to work well in a team and collaborate with multidisciplinary parties at all levels.
  • Demonstrable interest in and enthusiasm for the use of technology in education.
