Job Description

You will play a pivotal role in managing the financial aspects of our business, ensuring seamless operations and efficient processes. Our ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality work under minimal supervision.

We are seeking an experienced individual to join our team as an Accounts Assistant. In this role, you will be responsible for managing all communications into the accounts mailbox, handling purchase order logs, preparing payment runs each month, and processing sales invoices monthly.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all incoming communications into the accounts mailbox
  • Process purchase orders and ensure timely execution
  • Prepare payment runs within deadlines and reconcile statements
  • Process sales invoices and manage credit control
  • Monitor updates and perform reconciliations

In addition to these responsibilities, the successful candidate will also be required to configure new Direct Debits and Suppliers on Xero accounting software and maintain accurate records.
