Job Overview

Salary and Benefits

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job Description

We are looking for a skilled Management Accountant who can provide timely and accurate financial information to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include:

  • Assisting the Finance Manager with month-end P&L reporting and analysis;
  • Performing monthly balance sheet reviews and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of the balance sheet;
  • Providing information in a timely and accurate manner for P&L and Balance Sheet review;
  • Creating month-end journals and adjustments, including intercompany journals and recharges;
  • Preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations for review by Finance Manager;
  • Measuring and analysing potential opportunities versus risks both internally and externally;
  • Preparing company recharges across all contracts liaising closely with commercial managers;
  • Participating and delivering ad hoc projects as necessary.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Part Qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or a desire to pursue this pathway;
  • Ability to demonstrate meeting account deadlines in a Group environment;
  • Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail when working under pressure;
  • Experience working in a busy office environment.
