Salary and BenefitsThe estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £55,000 per annum, depending on experience. Job DescriptionWe are looking for a skilled Management Accountant who can provide timely and accurate financial information to support business decisions. Key responsibilities include:
- Assisting the Finance Manager with month-end P&L reporting and analysis;
- Performing monthly balance sheet reviews and reconciliations to ensure the integrity of the balance sheet;
- Providing information in a timely and accurate manner for P&L and Balance Sheet review;
- Creating month-end journals and adjustments, including intercompany journals and recharges;
- Preparing Balance Sheet reconciliations for review by Finance Manager;
- Measuring and analysing potential opportunities versus risks both internally and externally;
- Preparing company recharges across all contracts liaising closely with commercial managers;
- Participating and delivering ad hoc projects as necessary.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- Part Qualified (AAT, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) or a desire to pursue this pathway;
- Ability to demonstrate meeting account deadlines in a Group environment;
- Ability to demonstrate excellent attention to detail when working under pressure;
- Experience working in a busy office environment.
