We are looking for a highly skilled HR Operations Specialist to join our HR team at Resideo Technologies Inc. This is a hybrid working role, with 2 days working from home and 3 days based at our UK office.

As an HR Operations Specialist, you will be responsible for ensuring high-quality service delivery and providing comprehensive operational support for key HR processes. This role involves managing the end-to-end onboarding process for internal and external hires, ensuring a smooth experience for all involved.

Job Overview:

This role requires strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work well under pressure. You will be responsible for coordinating onboarding activities, managing HR systems, and ensuring timely resolution of pending tasks.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage the complete onboarding process for internal and external hires.
  • Act as a point of escalation for onboarding issues, resolving delays and obstacles promptly.
  • Coordinate onboarding activities, using HR systems to monitor and manage the process.
  • Handle HR queries, manage HR data, and assist with data updates as needed.

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in HR field and/or in customer support or other relevant fields.
  • Fluency in English with excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Analytical skills (MS Excel).
  • Strong communication skills and focus on the customer.
