Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced Health and Safety Manager to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations across our multiple sites.
About the Role:
- HSE Compliance and Management across 3 local sites
- Coordinate HSE audits and risk assessments
- Technical Training and Career Progression
Key Responsibilities:
- To manage and maintain a safe working environment, adhering to all relevant laws and regulations
- Conduct regular site visits to monitor compliance and identify areas for improvement
- Develop and implement effective health and safety policies and procedures
- Provide technical training and support to colleagues
- Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance our health and safety performance
Requirements:
- Degree or equivalent in Health and Safety or related field
- NEBOSH / IOSH Qualification
- Manufacturing / Heavy industry experience
- Strong leadership and communication skills
