About the Role

We're on a mission to shape the future of policing in our region, and we're looking for a talented Technical Support Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Specialist Technical Support Team, you'll play a vital role in delivering exceptional ICT services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide high-level technical support across West Mercia Police, ensuring a quality end-to-end ICT service.
  • Contribute to an efficient and effective Customer Service, working closely with colleagues to resolve technical issues.
  • Develop and maintain technical expertise in Power Apps, Automate, and M365, with a focus on DevOps and RPA.
