Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Technical Support Specialist to join our team at DataCareers. As a member of our Specialist Technical Support Team, you will be responsible for providing high-level technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Investigate, diagnose, and resolve complex technical issues related to DevOps, RPA, and M365.
  • Provide technical support and guidance to clients on a range of technical topics, including RPA, Blue Prism, Power Apps, and Power Automate.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to resolve technical issues and improve overall system performance.
  • Develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems, and drive application recoveries in high-pressure environments.
  • Participate in the development and maintenance of technical documentation and knowledge base articles.

Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in a technical support role, with a strong background in DevOps, RPA, and M365.
  • Proven experience in investigating, diagnosing, and resolving complex technical issues.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to drive complex application recoveries in high-pressure environments.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Strong analytical and technical skills, with the ability to develop and implement solutions to complex technical problems.
