Main Responsibilities

The Night Team Leader will be responsible for leading a team of support workers to provide quality social and vocational support services to service users. This will involve establishing and maintaining professional relationships with stakeholders, providing line management to a designated team of staff, and ensuring that documentation is completed accurately and professionally.

About the Role

The Night Team Leader will work closely with the service users to understand their needs and develop individual support plans. They will also be responsible for ensuring that the environment and resources are in good order and reporting any defects or concerns to the appropriate line manager.

Person Specification

  • NVQ / QCF level 3 HSC or willingness to work towards within 12 months.
  • Previous experience of working in a care setting.
  • Knowledge of current relevant legislation relating to care standards, health and safety and food hygiene.
