About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Residential Team Leader to join our team at The Cambian Group. As a key member of our children's home team, you will be responsible for ensuring the well-being and safety of our young people.

Key Responsibilities

  • Meeting the needs of the children and young people in line with Ofsted regulations
  • Planning team rotas and supporting the Deputy and home manager in various meetings and appointments
  • Assisting the Registered Manager and/or the Deputy Manager in the implementation of all aspects of the Statement of Purpose
  • Supervising in the absence of the Registered Manager and/or Deputy Manager
  • Welcome a diverse culture in the home and creating a safe, family environment for the children

Requirements

  • You must be 21 due to Ofsted regulations
  • Driving is preferred although not essential
