Care Team Lead for Older Adults

As a senior care assistant at Methodist Homes, you will have a unique opportunity to lead a team of dedicated care professionals in delivering exceptional care to older adults.
Key Responsibilities

About You
- Minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care.
- Experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership skills.
- A kind, warm, and caring nature, with a passion for delivering person-centred care.
- Ability to work flexibly, with a commitment to ongoing learning and professional development.
We offer a competitive salary of £25,000-£30,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus a range of benefits including holiday entitlement, life assurance, and access to nationally recognised training courses.
