Senior Care Team Lead

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate Senior Care Assistant to join our team at Methodist Homes.
As a Senior Care Assistant, you will be responsible for leading and inspiring a team of care assistants to provide high-quality care to our residents, enabling them to live their life to the fullest.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and motivate a team of care assistants to deliver exceptional care and support to residents
- Support residents with personal care needs and encourage them to participate in activities that promote their health and wellbeing
- Administer medication and maintain accurate records
- Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve excellent care and support
Requirements:
- Pasionate about caring for older people
- Previous care experience and minimum NVQ level 2 in health and social care
- Willing to complete level 3 qualification
- Experience leading, coaching and motivating a team
