Job Title: Clinical Lead Nurse - Care Home

Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced and motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff to deliver high-quality care to our residents.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead a team of nursing staff to ensure the delivery of excellent care standards
  • Support the development of quality improvement initiatives and drive standards to meet CQC guidelines
  • Manage a team, ensuring all staff are supervised appropriately and rotas are in place for efficient running of the care home
  • Experience in quality and clinical governance programs, including audit and care services
  • Produce well-developed care plans and detailed risk assessments, with an understanding of regulatory frameworks
  • Oversee all aspects of medicine management on your shift, in accordance with company policies and current legislation
  • Support, guide, teach, and mentor others in line with the NMC Code
