About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Care Team Leader to join our team at Harwood Court in Cramlington. As a Senior Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care to our residents and leading a team of dedicated care assistants.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supporting residents with personal care needs
  • Leading and inspiring a team of care assistants
  • Administering medication and maintaining accurate records
  • Ensuring a safe and supportive environment for residents
About You

We are looking for a candidate who is passionate about caring for older people, has previous care experience, and holds a minimum NVQ level 2 or equivalent in health and social care. You should also be willing to complete a Level 3 qualification. Additionally, you will have experience leading, coaching, and motivating a team to deliver high-quality care.

  • Previous care experience
