About the Role:

We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Field Care Manager to oversee the delivery of high-quality home care services in the North West region. This role involves regular travel to clients' homes and requires strong communication and organisational skills.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Care Planning & Assessment: Develop and review personalised care plans for our clients, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Liaise with Operational Team: Work closely with our operational team to address performance issues and training needs, ensuring our services meet CQC standards.
  • Compliance & Quality Assurance: Conduct audits and maintain accurate records to ensure our services meet CQC regulations.
  • Build Relationships: Foster strong relationships with clients and their families, addressing concerns and updating care needs as required.
  • Collaborate with Healthcare Professionals: Work closely with healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care for our clients.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications: NVQ Level 3 or 4 in Health & Social Care (or equivalent)
  • Experience: Experience in a supervisory/management role within health and social care
  • Skills: Passion for delivering high-quality care, exceptional communication and organisational skills, full UK driving license

Benefits:
