Office Manager

**Job Summary:**

We are seeking an experienced Office Manager to oversee the day-to-day operations of our office in North Leeds. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth running of the office, managing employee schedules, and maintaining office procedures.

**Key Responsibilities:**

• Manage the day-to-day operations of the office, ensuring a high level of efficiency and productivity
• Coordinate employee schedules and resolve potential conflicts
• Conduct regular inventory of office supplies and order new stock as needed
• Develop and implement office procedures to improve workflow and productivity
• Provide administrative support to Partners and other team members

**Requirements:**

• Proven experience in office management or a related field
• Excellent organizational and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
