Are you looking to make a significant impact within a leading Third Party Administrator? This role offers the chance to influence the success and growth of an established team.
Key Responsibilities
- As the Team Supervisor for Scheme Events, you will oversee a dedicated group of Administrators, ensuring the delivery of a professional and high-quality service to clients and their members.
- Manage, control, and oversee Business As Usual (BAU) projects, both large and small, ensuring timely production of reports.
- Collaborate with the Administration Manager and the team to enhance operational efficiency and minimize costs.
- Provide coaching, mentoring, and support for colleague training, development, and overall team performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing Defined Contribution (DC) and/or Defined Benefit (DB) occupational schemes.
- Previous experience in team management or mentoring/training within a pensions administration context is advantageous.
- Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively for yourself and your team.
