Key Responsibilities

  • As the Team Supervisor for Scheme Events, you will oversee a dedicated group of Administrators, ensuring the delivery of a professional and high-quality service to clients and their members.
  • Manage, control, and oversee Business As Usual (BAU) projects, both large and small, ensuring timely production of reports.
  • Collaborate with the Administration Manager and the team to enhance operational efficiency and minimize costs.
  • Provide coaching, mentoring, and support for colleague training, development, and overall team performance.

Qualifications

  • Proven experience in managing Defined Contribution (DC) and/or Defined Benefit (DB) occupational schemes.
  • Previous experience in team management or mentoring/training within a pensions administration context is advantageous.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to organize and prioritize tasks effectively for yourself and your team.
