Key Responsibilities
- As the Team Supervisor for Scheme Events, you will oversee a skilled group of Administrators, ensuring the delivery of a professional and high-quality service to clients and their members.
- Plan, manage, and evaluate business-as-usual projects, both large and small, ensuring timely reporting and adherence to deadlines.
- Collaborate with the Administration Manager and the team to enhance operational efficiency and drive cost reductions.
- Provide coaching, mentorship, and foster the training and development of team members to enhance overall performance.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in managing DC and/or DB occupational schemes.
- Previous experience in team management or mentoring/training within a pensions administration context is advantageous.
- Excellent time management abilities, with a strong capacity to organize and prioritize tasks for yourself and your team.
