Job Overview:

A Residential Care Specialist is needed to support children and young people with severe learning disabilities, autism, and complex care needs in a residential setting.

Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans to support children and young people in achieving their full potential.
  • Promote independence, dignity, and well-being through person-centred support.
  • Ensure a safe and nurturing environment by maintaining accurate records and reporting any concerns.
  • Collaborate with staff teams to provide consistent and high-quality care.
  • Design and deliver engaging programmes and activities that promote learning and development.
  • Manage challenging behaviour effectively using approved approaches.

Compensation Package:

The salary for this role is £46 per hour, resulting in an estimated annual salary of £96,608 based on 38.25 hours worked per week.
